Psuedo Watercolour

Although I can draw in pen and ink, 7 years in Architecture taught me that much, I can not do colour art work and in particular pen & ink with watercolour. Here I have cheated and used the watercolour filter tool in Adobe Elements 8 and have created very much the pen & ink/watercolour effect I like.
